If you are not from ToysRUs.com please dont read the following
Thursday, November 15th, 2007Whoever reads this (Madam/Sir),
I have ordered an item from your website: toysrus.com on the 8th (here in South Korea, I am a servicemen deployed in SK), meaning i have ordered the gift on the 7th of November 2007, I get notification now that my item is finally being shipped today the 15th of November 2007.
I have ordered toys before from your site while deployed in more exciting locations and have been satisfied in the past. Seriously there’s really only two websites that i order from most often (due to my predicament) www.toysrus.com and the other being 1800flowers.com. (I was hoping to include victoriasecret.com but due to out internet blocks would not even attempt to, besides it’s a bad idea to be giving lingerie to my spouse while i’m away)
While i do understand that shipping items, due to the length of travel from your exotically located toys r’ us stores/warehouses take a certain amount of time, I do not comprehend why someone would disappoint my daughter on her birthday by letting my order hibernate for more than a week. I would really appreciate if the item i order next time would be ready for shipping within the day i order it.
I do enjoy the service that your website has provided me and my family until now. Maybe your personnel are really just swamped, i understand how this things happens these days.
or maybe it might not be your website’s fault at all, since this time the only deviation i have committed was completing my order using google’s checkout item thingy.
Oh well, Thank you for your time in reading this (yes, i expect someone will eventually read this)
And have a great busy swamped holiday season ahead.
Hopefully Cazzandra receives her "Jade Bratz" and appreciates all the good work that Toys R’ Us & Co. is doing, eventually. (there was no option to send it as a gift, so my daughter is expecting a doll with my name on the box) Hahaha!

(Well that is the whole intended mail i wanted to send but dues to me not reading ahead about the form’s limit, i was unfortunately forced to concatenate the whole thing to the following blurb.)
